Maike has been teaching for over 30 years. She taught at the German School Barcelona and the American International School of Riyadh. As the mother of five children who attended the German School Barcelona themselves, she knows the academic and language challenges of families abroad from her own experience. Assadé grew out of this combination of teaching experience and family life.
