No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party services. Browsing behaviour is not analysed, no profiles are created, and there are no social network buttons that transmit data. For that reason there is also no consent banner.

What data we process

Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, optionally a phone number and your message. This information is sent to us by email. When you visit the site, our server processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time and the page requested, in order to ensure operation and security.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your details solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a consultation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in orderly communication). Your data is not passed on for advertising purposes.

Recipients

Your data is not sold and not passed to third parties for their own purposes. Only the people at Assadé responsible for the consultation and our hosting provider, acting as a processor, have access. No transfer takes place to countries outside the European Union.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are deleted no later than twelve months after the last communication. If a contract is concluded, we retain the data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for as long as statutory retention obligations require.

Minors

Our learning support is aimed at school students, but the contracting party is always an adult. Enquiries through this website may therefore only be submitted by persons aged 18 or over. Data relating to children is processed only to the extent that parents or guardians provide it to us in the course of the consultation.

Security

The website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form (HTTPS). We apply technical and organisational measures in line with the state of the art to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. To exercise these rights, simply write to info@assade.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority responsible for you.

We update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies.
